Hi, I’m Lucia!

Raised alongside the rafters in the family home that my father built, a fascination with craftsmanship and an inherent belief in the notion of 'home as sanctuary' has been with me from a young age.

After a 10-year career in customer service management and 4 years as the Leasing Manager for a residential and commercial property management portfolio, it was in 2020, in the height of the COVID pandemic, that I aligned my passion for real estate with my desire to be of service. After having been asked to issue routine rent increases to struggling tenants and small local business owners alike, it dawned on me - there has got to be a better, more impactful, application of my skill set and my time. From this consideration, Root to Bloom group was seeded.

Root to Bloom group was founded upon the belief that real estate can be a catalyst for positive change. Through ongoing volunteerism, intentional relationship building, and the reallocation of 10% of every commission towards local housing and addiction related non-profits, Root to Bloom group is committed to community care.
